St. Stephen A.M.E. Zion Church

Gail Ardenia Jack was born in St. Louis, Missouri and raised in San Francisco, California. She is currently pastor at St. Stephen AME Zion Church in Sacramento, California. Gail worked for 40 years in the social services arena in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her areas of expertise include child development, public assistance, workforce development and contracting services. She has a B.A. Degree in Social Welfare from San Francisco State University and a B.S. Degree from William Jessup University in Rocklin, California.

Gail Jack’s passion is spiritual empowerment and personal growth. She eagerly serves the AME Zion Church, her members and the greater community. Gail is active in Christian Education, Ministry Studies, Women’s Ministry, as well as community and ecumenical partnerships. She loves reading, the ocean and people. The center of Gail’s life is serving God, her family and her church. Through preaching and teaching, Gail will share the joy of God’s love and transforming power with anyone willing to listen.
