Pastor Terrence Moe Parker was born and raised in Annapolis Maryland. Terrence Parker received a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies from North Carolina College of Theology. He also received a Bachelor’s Degree In Business from Towson State University. Terrence Parker served as a Minister at Grace AME Zion prior to his appointment as Pastor of Second AME Zion. He also served as an Elder at Holy Temple Cathedral for 10 years and was Chief Financial Officer for the church. Prior to that he was an Elder at Grace Presbyterian Church for 5yrs. He has held numerous positions in the church. Terrence Parker is also a retired Police officer from Baltimore City, where he served faithfully for 27yrs. He is married with 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren. He enjoys taking Cruises and going to the movies.
