Pastor Mark William Westbrooks was born and raised in Richmond, CA. Mark Westbrooks has his career in management at Homebase, Miller Paint and currently, employed at Cintas Corporation.  Mark graduated from El Cerrito High School in El Cerrito, California and started working on his AA degree in business at San Jose City College in San Jose, California.

Mark Westbrooks joined the Community A.M.E. Zion Church in Vancouver, WA in 1994 where he served as a Traveling Minister, Minister of Music for the Brothers’ in Christ Choir, Bible Study Teacher, and Evangelist. He married his high school sweetheart Angela on July 7, 1984. They have three children and four grandchildren.
