Reverend Robert Lee Hayden, Sr. was born in the City of Westminster, Colorado, raised in Foster Care, by Cleo Pope & Charlie Mae Love-Pope, in Denver, Colorado. Robert was educated in the Denver, Colorado Public School System, freshman thru Twelfth Grade, Trained as a Graphic Engineer, ROTC Cadet, and (Military Army Reserve Officer Training). Rev. Hayden received Basic Military Training at Fort Carson, Colorado Springs, Colorado. Reverend Hayden began a career in Law Enforcement, achieving Administrative Justice Training in the State of California from 1989-1991. He then graduated from the California (P.O.S.T), Peace Officer's Standards and Training Academy in Martinez, California in 1992. He became certified as a qualified Peace Officer Candidate in the State of California and served briefly in the Reserve Peace Officer Ranks of the San Francisco Special Police Officer's Association. Robert is a Federal OSHA and California OSHA Certified Manager & Trainer as well as a Human Resources background Investigator.

Reverend Hayden was raised in the Church Of God In Christ, Wayside Church of God In Christ, Denver, Colorado. He has served in the African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church since 2001, as an Associate Minister in different congregations in California. Rev. Hayden was ordained by the Right Reverend Dr. Darin W. Moore, then serving as the Presiding Prelate of the AME Zion Church Western Episcopal District in June 2014. Rev. Hayden was appointed to Pastor Howard Chapel AME Zion Church, Hanford, California by the current Presiding Prelate of the AME Zion Church Western Episcopal District, The Right Reverend Dr. Staccato Powell in June of 2018 where he currently serves. Reverend Hayden was a Widower at age Thirty One, losing his Wife of Twelve Years, Ronda Renee Hayden to Metastasis Breast Cancer, he's raised Two Daughter's, Amber and Staci, and One Son, Robert II alone since October of 1997 to September 30, 2005. Rev. Hayden Married Susan Angela Hayden, together they now have five children, three grandchildren with the youngest children, Faith, Elizabeth, and Charlie Mae Love.
